I make these charcuterie boards out of black walnut. The vast majority of the board is made from heartwood, so has a a deep black color, though there can be an edge of sap wood which gives a nice contrasting brown color. This model has two circular handles and is finished with a long lasting food-safe penetrating oil.
This model is shaped exactly like the XL version, but its approximate size 20 1/2” x 9″ x 5/8“
