The Large Rectangle Yankee Board is mostly made from cut-offs from the shop.  We hate to waste good wood!   Each Yankee Board is individually crafted and no two are alike.  The large rectangle size is a really nice and can be used to prep most meals.

In this variation cherry predominates, with a random number and location of hard maple stripes.  Unfortunately you can’t choose the design of an individual board – there are just too many variations to take pictures of them all.  The only choice is the thickness of the board.  I like them all so I think you will like the choice we send you.
