This is a SQUARE BIG BLOCK a smaller and square version of the Original BIG BLOCK – a very thick board suitable for chopping but in a smaller size to be easier to move around.  It comes in around 1.75″ thick.  I’ve added recesses on the end grain side to use as a handle to make it easier to lift and carry.

This version is made from maple with one black walnut stripes in the center and cherry edges.
