Yellow birch has a very pleasing pleasing and warm soft tan color, and often it comes with nice hues of darker brown that seem to flow. This version has a recessed area about 1/4” deep. It was inspired by a customer who wanted a charcuterie board but didn’t want their olives rolling off. Two handles that just seem to nestle in to your hand. It is finished with a long lasting food-safe penetrating oil.
